2. How to Request a Refund

To process your refund under the Acceptance Guarantee, please email support@visareadynow.com within 30 days of your purchase with the following details:

• Your Razorpay payment receipt or transaction ID.
• A screenshot or digital copy of the official rejection notice (which can be safely redacted of other PII).

Our support team will verify the rejection notice and process the refund back to your original payment method within 48 to 72 business hours.

3. Exceptions

The money-back guarantee strictly covers algorithmic processing errors (e.g., incorrect background shade generated, wrong millimeter crop size applied). It does not cover rejections resulting from fundamental user upload errors that violate international guidelines prior to algorithmic processing, including but not limited to:

• Wearing tinted glasses or sunglasses.
• Uploading a photo with an extreme, non-neutral facial expression (e.g., wide laughing, closed eyes).
• Uploading photos older than 6 months if the embassy demands recent imagery.

4. Disputed Charges
