What Happens When You Upload a Photo?

Do you store my photograph long term?
No. Both your original uploaded image and the processed output file are stored temporarily on ephemeral server memory and are automatically permanently deleted within 24 hours of creation.
Do you use my photos to train AI models?
No. We strictly forbid using customer photographs or facial biometric data to train public or private machine learning models. Your image is used exclusively to generate your requested passport or visa photo.
Do employees see uploaded photos?
No. Image cropping, background removal, and dimension checking are fully automated by algorithm. Our team does not view user uploads unless you explicitly initiate a manual support request.
Are uploaded photos shared with third parties or governments?
Never. VisaReadyNow does not sell, license, share, or submit your photographs to any third party, advertising network, or government agency.
Can I request immediate deletion?
Yes. While all files purge automatically within 24 hours, you can email support@visareadynow.com or contact@visareadynow.com to request immediate manual purge at any time.
