2. How to Request a Refund

To process your refund under the Acceptance Guarantee, please email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase with:

• Your Razorpay payment receipt or transaction ID.
• A screenshot or digital copy of the official rejection notice.

Our support team will verify the rejection notice and process the refund back within 48 to 72 business hours.

3. Exceptions

The money-back guarantee strictly covers algorithmic processing errors. It does not cover rejections resulting from fundamental user upload errors:

• Wearing tinted glasses or sunglasses.
• Uploading a photo with an extreme, non-neutral facial expression.
• Uploading photos older than 6 months.

4. Disputed Charges

Please contact us first before opening a chargeback with your bank. Reaching out to us guarantees a resolution in days.
